The Role
We are recruiting a Supported Living House Support Worker role within [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk].

The Company

We are a domiciliary care and supported living provide that operates across Surrey. Our office is based in Walton-On-Thames. We work with adults (18-65) that require support which is most often as a result of a Physical disability, Mental health condition, Learning disability or Autism. We aim to help the people that we support become and remain as independent as possible.

The Duties:

• Supported Living House Support Worker duties with an agreed understanding that this role requires flexibility.
• You will be performing a mixture of support worker duties including but not exclusive to personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, cooking, domestic chores, promoting activities, promoting and supporting access to the community.

Hours: Shift work Sat – Sunday
– Early: 7.00am – 2.30pm
– Late: 2.15pm – 9.45pm

Requirements:

• Be able to work with service users with a wide range of needs including Autism, challenging behaviour, epilepsy, personal care, medication administration, LD, MH, ADHD and more;
• Already have or be willing to work towards NVQ 2 in health and social care;
• Undertake any training identified to meet service user needs;
• Have a valid driving licence & business insurance

Undertaking Shift Work

Salary: £12.25 p/h
