Job Description & Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation and cooking of food to meet quality standards and presentation guidelines.
Create and develope menus that align with the culinary theme, dietary requirements, and customer preferences.
Orchestrate kitchen operations, overseeing staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring a seamless workflow.
Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation through rigorous quality control measures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing proper sanitation practices, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
Exhibit adaptability and flexibility in response to evolving culinary trends, customer preferences, and seasonal ingredients.
Ensure customer satisfaction through consistently delivering high-quality, flavourful, and well-presented dishes.
Effectively manage time to synchronize the prompt preparation and delivery of food, particularly during peak service periods.
Ideal Candidate
Must be hardworking and honest.
Must have a catering or food hygiene certificate.
Must have previous experience as a cook, chef or equivalent.
Must hold a valid DBS.
Be confident and able to engage with others.
