Job description & Responsibilities

Description:
We are looking for experienced developers that are willing to solve complex technical issues while developing high-quality software systems using modern technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure network equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues.
  • Update virus protection software to keep data and communications protected.
  • Monitor computer systems to improve network performance for computer systems and networks.
  • Communicate networking issues to other employees and management, especially in training new users.
  • Knowledge of networking services and common networking protocols.
  • Computer proficiency and understanding of various types of hardware.
  • Ability to problem solve and think critically.
  • Project management skills.
  • Maintain computer networks and systems including software, mainframes, VPNs, routers, and other physical hardware.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a technical qualification in a related field such as a Microsoft certification.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for the technology industry and our part within it.
  • Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with Windows, Android & Mac operating systems.
  • Experience with network administration and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms.

Optional Skills:

  • Exposure to working with Microsoft 365 administration, including Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CCNA, etc.) are desirable but not essential.
