Primary Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team and run our rigging warehouse. As the head of the rigging warehouse, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the organisation, maintenance, and coordination of all rigging equipment within our warehouse.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support
• Oversee all Prep & De-prep of rigging department
• Maintain pre agreed equipment standards
• Ensure deadlines are met
• Schedue and monitor of any testing that may be necessary
• Supervise the receiving, inventorying, and dispatching of rigging equipment.
• Uphold Health & Safety Standards
• Maintain an organised and efficient warehouse layout

Documentation/Reporting Responsibilities

Ensure all documentation is up to date and present
Report faults, damages or missing equipment

Deputy Responsibilities

Implement and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency

Experience

Previous Warehouse experience
Experience in Live Production Industry
