FULL DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for managing social security and tax compliance for our international employees, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compensation reporting, and maintaining strong relationships with income tax consulting companies in foreign countries.
- Manage payroll processing for international employees, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations
- Coordinate with income tax consulting companies in foreign countries to ensure accurate tax filings and compliance
- Maintain relationships with HMRC in the UK to ensure compliance with UK tax regulations
- Prepare and submit accurate compensation reports for international employees
- Monitor and report on labour costs to ensure effective cost management
Knowledge & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in payroll and tax management
Strong understanding of international tax laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
