Ken Brown Harlow are recruiting for a Sales Executive to join their successful team. While working alongside our experienced sales team, you will play a vital role ensuring customer service and satisfaction.
This is an exciting time to work with this progressive award-winning manufacturer. The game-changing EV6 has attracted a new audience to the already popular brand EV line up and with further electric models on the way including the 7 seater EV9.
At Ken Brown Harlow, you will report to the Sales Manager Eddie Toolsy, who will give on-going support to ensure you have the tools needed to succeed in your role. Responsibilities
To provide the highest levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and efficient service projecting the quality image of the brand and the Company
To ensure all customer expectations and requirements are exceeded throughout the customers experience.
To achieve personal targets, profit targets and activity levels as required for the role.
Deal with enquiries through email, telephone and lead platforms
The ideal candidate will:
Take pride in their ability to maximise sales and profit opportunities whilst simultaneously delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Be focussed on achieving goals; you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and will be recognised as being a self-motivated team player and target achiever. You must hold a full valid UK driving Licence.
