Job Description
Were looking for a passionate shift supervisor/ Assistant General Manager to join our fast paced restaurant team at the Jolly Sailor, Orford.

We have four boutique bedrooms and a large outside garden space.

Looking for someone who is passionate about food, wine and great service.

Duties & Responsibilities

Support and work with the management team in all aspects of running the restaurant

Working with colleagues to share skills, knowledge, resources and networks.

Highly focused, have excellent communication skills; be motivated and professional in appearance and presentation.

To act as Duty Manager as and when required, ensuring a great guest experience

To work with the General Manager to achieve financial targets

Ideal Applicant would be from a in a fast paced restaurant & banqueting environment
