About the role
IDP have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a flexible, talented Project Landscape Architect to join our team in our Central office on a permanent basis.

Requirements
Working on a variety of UK projects across all work stages and for public and private sector clients;
Working as part of a vibrant, dynamic team of Landscape Architects and masterplanners on a diverse portfolio of projects;
Managing different projects through multi-disciplinary teams and our in house landscape support team;
Assisting on large residential and mixed-use masterplans, working up concept designs and strategies and detailed illustrations to support design principles;
Some experience in producing LVIA and Vision Document for strategic sites;
Knowledge of detailed design and construction stage of a project, assisting project lead and drafting construction details and production drawings.

Desired Skills and Experience:

A Landscape Architecture PG Dip or Masters in the UK candidates with less formal qualifications may be considered based upon excellent track record and a strong portfolio
Experience of working on a mix of residential and mixed-use developments, public realm improvements and infrastructure projects;
Strong design background, working in a consultancy environment;

Able to produce high quality hand drawings and have a strong eye for detail;
Project management skills with support from the wider landscape team;
Excellent written communication and presentation skills, including an interest in community engagement

Qualifications:

Bachelors in Landscape Architecture + Masters / PG Dip
