Due to continued growth and several new clients secured, we are actively recruiting for an Area Sales Manager General Industry to cover Scotland.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Account management, business development & technical site visits
• Generating enquiries regarding sales of pumps, engineering equipment and services, including repairs and installations
• Promote companies capabilities for supply of products & services within your region
• Identifying future business opportunities through collaboration with colleagues
• Continued learning of current and new innovative products to help develop business with existing client base and identify new target clients
• Participation/co-ordination of conferences, presentations, seminars, exhibitions etc.
• Provide a high level of customer service that meets sector demands

REQUIREMENTS

A background within General Industry is required for this role

Full UK driving licence

Skills / Attributes:

• Strong technical skills
• Proficiency in PC skills to include MS office and Project software
• Excellent inter-personal skills and communication skills
• Strong collaborative skills with an ability to work effectively in a team environment
