Job Title: Web Designer & Developer (Hybrid Role)

Role Overview:
This hybrid role entails working from our London office with the flexibility to work remotely when necessary. As a Web Designer & Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing cutting-edge web solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including mobile applications developers, software engineers, data scientists and analysts, scrum masters, and business development executives.

Key Responsibilities:
Designing and developing responsive and visually appealing websites.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
Creating wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
Implementing web solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
Ensuring websites are optimized for speed, accessibility, and SEO.
Troubleshooting and debugging web applications.
Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
To be successful on this role, you must have:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within the information technology, healthcare, or recruitment industries.
Experience working with or servicing multinational companies.
Proficiency in at least two programming languages.
Strong computer programming skills.
First degree or equivalent academic qualification.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with Office 365 (especially MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint), Windows OS, MacBook, MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, MS TEAMS, Zoom, GitHub, etc.
