What will your job look like

Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights
Design and implement data-driven solutions to business problems
Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing
Collaborate with other departments to understand their data requirements and provide data-driven solutions
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data and analytics
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
Ability to design and implement data-driven solutions to business problems
Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, Python, R, SPSS, or SAS to be used for data set analyzing (Preferred).
Experience with statistical methods: Correlation, Regression Analysis, Factor Analysis, Cluster analysis, Decision Trees, etc.
Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, or ETL frameworks. (Preferred).
Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau, Power BI, etc.
Knowledge in AWS/Azure - Data Warehousing concepts (Data Lake / Azure Data Factory / Azure Synapse).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
Certifications in data and analytics, such as Certified Analytics Professional or Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate
5+ years of experience in Data analytics field.
Desired skills are Excel VBA, Python, SQL, ETL, Data Pipeline, Data Transformation, Manipulation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong customer-focused approach
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a rapidly changing work environment.
