What will your job look like

As an experienced SAP Consultant you will participate on SAP implementation & rollout projects or support & maintenance projects. The position requires a broad range of skills and the ability to step in to different roles depending on the size and scope of an engagement within international work environment.

Implement new or maintain existing business solution in SAP specific module based on user requirements analysis
Propose, develop or configure, document and test business solutions in SAP application module according to the functional and technical requirements
Close communication with development team
Close communication with client and building relationship with client
Providing functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP processes to the client
Providing innovations on existing clients business processes from functional and technical perspective
Provide subject matter expertise on the use of PLM (to include, but not limited to SAP and Teamcenter integration) applications across the full range of Business Strategy, Change Programmes, Business Operations and regulatory compliance.
Work with Architecture, Operations and Information Assurance Leads to ensure that PLM applications are set and achieve appropriate Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability objectives.
Communicate clearly with business users at all levels.
Oversee the capture, recording and analysis of operating metrics for operations and applications within the PLM space.
Working with peers and the Enterprise Applications and other teams to standardise these metrics across the organisation in order to present a unified view of performance.
Maintain the focus on key strategic deliverables within the PLM space. Build customer relationships and set direction.
Actively champion Diversity and Inclusion through actions and behaviour.
Identify talent and create opportunities to develop others, including through effective delegation.
Requirements

Extensive work experience in any of MM, SD, FI, CO, PP, PM, QM, BW/BI, BO module
Skilled in implementation, customization and maintenance of mentioned modules
Advanced architectural knowledge of SAP
ABAP skills (debugging)
Experience with Client facing role, focus on Client satisfaction
Willing to travel and stay on-site
Problem solving skills, pro-active, creativity and can-do attitude
