Registered Nurse Overview: Registered General Nurse Overview: Our team of compassionate Registered General Nurses provides exceptional leadership to a dedicated team of Carers. We take great pride in ensuring that our nursing service is equipped with skilled professionals who provide personalised, holistic care and support to our residents.



As a nurse, your responsibilities include formulating care plans that meet resident needs and regularly reviewing them to ensure they remain relevant. You will also conduct monthly clinical needs assessments and risk assessments, and manage all aspects of end-of-life care. Involving the resident and their loved ones in all aspects of care and support is also a crucial part of your role.



You'll deliver quality care to your residents. You will lead your care team with confidence and direction, providing them with support and guidance to help them improve their skills and deliver the best possible care. You will conduct regular one-to-one reviews and annual appraisals, ensuring your team always performs at their best. Additionally, you will administer medications, monitor stock levels, and conduct monthly medication audits to ensure that your residents receive the best possible care.

About the Home: Part of a large charitable organisation, Prince Philip Duke of Edinburgh Court provides residential care, nursing and residential dementia support for up to 45 residents with permanent care or short-stay respite breaks.



Our in-house Training Manager is here to guide you through your induction programme, and our learning and development team is dedicated to helping you flourish and advance your career. We want you to feel confident and empowered to make the most of each day with us.
