Activities Coordinator Overview: You'll have the freedom to design and implement a wide range of social activities that cater to the needs of our residents for friendship, social interaction, recreation, and culture. With the aim of appealing to a diverse range of interests, we value the existing residents' choices and encourage creativity.
We're looking for someone with a creative flair, strong organisational skills, and the ability to connect with individuals from all backgrounds. You must be sociable and an excellent communicator to interact effectively with our residents and external activity providers.

About the Home: Part of a large charitable organisation, Cadogan Court provides residential care, nursing and residential dementia support. We can support up to 70 residents with permanent care or short-stay respite breaks.
Our in-house Training Manager is here to guide you through your induction programme, and our learning and development team is dedicated to helping you flourish and advance your career. We want you to feel confident and empowered to make the most of each day with us.
Location: Cadogan Court, Barley Lane, Exeter, Devon, EX4 1TA
Situated along the outskirts of the historic city of Exeter, Cadogan Court is surrounded by landscaped gardens and stunning views over the city and Cathedral and is a short walk from bus and train services. There is free parking on site.
