Were looking for Non-Executive Directors with Marketing / Advertising experience (from agency or brand-side) to come on board, to become a key player in helping shape the future of our young and ever-evolving agency. We are looking for candidates based in Europe (UK, Germany, France, Netherlands) North America (United States) and China.

Youll be at the stage of your career, where youre looking to build a legacy and make a real impact with a project that you see the potential in. Youll have a strong record for driving growth and leadership within the Marketing / Advertising Industry, youll be passionate about passing on your years of experience to our Management Team.

Key Responsibilities
Support the direction and business strategy of the company, implementing new systems and ways of working.
The person should constructively challenge decisions and help the management team to develop fresh ideas.
Maintain confidentiality of the companys affairs and that of its clients.
Help the management team generate New Business through introductions and have direct contact with key decision-makers within organisations, brands (e.g. Marketing Director, CMO level).
Must act with integrity in carrying out his / her functions.
Coach the management team on agreed terms and be available for contact when required.
Have a strong understanding on how to position an agency to get the attention of potential target decision-makers.
