[Employer hidden] is a domiciliary care provider in Stoke-on-Trent that offers high-quality and personalised care services to people in their own homes. We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Workers to join our team and support our clients with their daily needs.

As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for:

Providing personal care, such as washing, dressing, toileting, and medication assistance
Assisting with domestic tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and shopping
Supporting with social activities, such as hobbies, outings, appointments, and companionship
Respecting the dignity, privacy, and preferences of our clients at all times
Working as part of a team and communicating effectively with colleagues and managers
Following the care plans and policies of [Employer hidden] and adhering to the highest standards of care
To be a successful Care Worker, you will need:

A caring and friendly personality, with a genuine interest in helping others
A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work under pressure and cope with challenging situations
A willingness to learn new skills and undertake training as required

A valid DBS check (or willing to apply for one)
