[Employer hidden] is a domiciliary care provider in Stoke-on-Trent that offers high-quality and personalised care services to people in their own homes. We are looking for a Care Supervisor to join our team and oversee the delivery of care to our clients.

As a Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Supervising, mentoring, and supporting a team of Care Workers
Conducting regular reviews, assessments, and audits of the care provided
Ensuring compliance with the CQC standards and regulations
Liaising with clients, families, and other professionals
Handling complaints and resolving issues
Providing feedback and reports to the Registered Manager
To be a successful Care Supervisor, you will need:

A passion for delivering high-quality care and improving outcomes for clients
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential)
A valid DBS check (or willing to apply for one)
