FULL DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Project Architect to join our team to work on a number of exciting international projects. The role will provide you with the opportunity to help build a new city, and new community while working on innovative design and construction with top-of-the-scale sustainable credentials. This position will provide opportunity to travel. You will also will be able to lead projects in UK and Ireland.

We are looking for candidates with an interest in design, detail and the process of creating great architecture. The ideal candidate would be keen to progress their career and take on a high level of responsibility on the day-to-day delivery of one or more projects, reporting to an associate architect or director.

Excellent Revit knowledge

At least three years relevant qualified architect in a practice

Must be willing to help others when needed and willing to work with both junior and senior team members

Constructive attitude and drive to make positive change

Strong design, technical and graphic skills

Good knowledge of UK building regulations and experience with planning application procedures

Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.

Strong interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional, positive, enthusiastic to grow and learn

Ability to use the following: Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup, Word, Excel

A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and commitment to independent, lifelong learning

Ability to work well under pressure, and have exemplary time management and delivery skills
