Job Description
Regularly patrol designated areas to detect and deter suspicious activity, ensuring all areas are secure and adhering to established security protocols
Conduct thorough cab and body searches in accordance with company policies and procedures to prevent unauthorised items from entering restricted areas
Perform meticulous baggage searches to identify and remove any prohibited or suspicious items, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork related to security incidents, observations and actions taken during shifts, ensuring all documentation is detailed and organised
Effectively communicate with colleagues, supervisors and relevant stakeholders to report incidents, share information and coordinate responses to security-related issues
Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors and guests, assisting with inquiries, directions and any security-related concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Essential Skills
SIA Licence
Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
RTW and 5yr history including education and/or employment
Flexible to work early and late shifts and working nights and weekends
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate - Written and verbal
Good customer service skills
Ability to physically carry out body and cab searches, including climbing into and out of a lorry cab
