About the role
Join our team as a Security Officer and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of individuals and property within your assigned area. As a vigilant observer, you will report activities and incidents at the client site, utilising tools such as wands and metal detectors. With a focus on service enhancement and ongoing training, you will contribute to maintaining a secure environment.
This position requires:
Shift Pattern: Monday to Saturday
42 hours per week
SIA license required
Driving License or have good travel links

Job Description
Prevent and deter unauthorised access to the site
Organising ID cards
Escorting visitors around the site
Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms and CCTV as appropriate
Conduct external and internal security patrols as detailed in the Assignment Instructions
Ensure any equipment provided by the customer and [Employer hidden] is managed according to established procedures
Maintain all logbooks and records and issue visitor/contractor passes, and handle lost property in accordance with the Assignment Instructions

Essential Skills
SIA Licence
Preferred with a background in a corporate environment

1yr Security Experience - Prior experience as a Security Officer in the Security industry is desirable
Must have a 5yr checkable history
