Castlebuild Scaffolding formed in 1993 and based in Spalding, Lincolnshire has earned itself an excellent reputation as a main supplier of Scaffold Access and Support Systems in the specialised Petro-Chemical and Food Industries as well as various Domestic and Industrial Contracts.

We are looking to recruit a Trainee Scaffolder to learn the trade and work on sites throughout Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire.

The Role in brief:

• You will be loading out scaffolding materials and assisting the team of scaffolders with their daily duties while you learn the trade.
• You should hold some previous on-site construction experience and have a valid CSCS card.
• The role is very physically demanding and is done during all weather conditions, so you must be willing to work hard and throughout all weather conditions.
• Experience in labouring essential, scaffolding experience preferred but a positive hard working attitude is most important.
• Training provided.
