We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Community Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and comfort. In this role, you will provide personalised care tailored to each individual’s needs, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication prompts, personal care, meal preparation, and light household duties. You will build positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their wellbeing and safety at all times. This position is ideal for someone with a caring nature, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality support within the community.
