What our client is looking for

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Complex Care Nurse to join our team on a fixed‑term maternity cover contract. In this role, you will deliver specialist clinical care to individuals with complex health needs in their homes, ensuring continuity of high‑quality, person‑centred support during the maternity leave period.

Responsibilities include training care colleagues for advanced clinical tasks (such as tracheostomy, ventilator, PEG, or catheter care), completing ongoing risk assessments, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to maintain safe and effective care plans. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to promoting safety, dignity, and wellbeing for every client.
