Community Care Assistant

We are now seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join our professional care team in Dartford and help us continue setting the highest standards in home care. Our customers value familiarity, trust and respect. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling people to remain independent, comfortable and safe in their own homes. Whether working independently or as part of a close‑knit team, you will be supported every step of the way by experienced professionals who value your contribution.

The Role

  • Delivering quality, person‑centred care tailored to individual needs
  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing and grooming
  • Supporting with meal planning, preparation and nutrition
  • Providing medication support in line with care plans and best practice
  • Undertaking light domestic duties such as laundry, tidying and cleaning
  • Building trusted, consistent and positive relationships with the people you support

We’re looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A full UK driver’s licence and access to a car is preferred
  • You have the right to work in the UK (we do NOT offer any form of Sponsorship)
  • Experience is required for this role
