The Role
You will be supporting clients with a range of complex care needs in their own homes. This may include supporting individuals with neurological conditions, physical disabilities, or long-term health needs. This is a role where consistency, attention to detail and confidence in delivering care are essential.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous care experience (essential)
- A strong understanding of delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with families and professionals
- Reliability and a commitment to consistency for the people you support
- A full UK driving licence is preferred, but not essential
