Community care assistant

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be supporting clients in their own homes, helping them with day‑to‑day living and working towards their individual goals. Your role will focus on promoting independence, dignity, and well being, enabling each person to live safely, comfortably, and confidently in their own environment.
What We Need From You
- A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
- Experience in home care or a genuine passion for supporting people in their own homes
- A willingness to learn and develop, including completing all mandatory training
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients, families, and the wider care team
- Patience, kindness, and compassion when supporting individuals with varying needs
- A person‑centred approach, ensuring care is always respectful and tailored to each client
- Reliability and commitment to providing consistent, high‑quality care
