About the Role

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is Europe's fastest-growing company (FT1000, Sifted 100) and is scaling from £100m to £1bn. This Master Data Lead role is pivotal for building the data foundation needed for international expansion. You will own master data end-to-end, establish governance, and build the data quality infrastructure that powers all systems.

What You Will Own

  • [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s master data end to end – source data quality, governance, and structure from supplier intake through to analytics.
  • The product data operating model – formalise ownership, SLAs, and escalation paths.
  • The data quality infrastructure – live dashboards tracking data quality, onboarding performance, and compliance indicators.
  • The PIM architecture for international growth – map systems and product data flows across markets.
  • The systems map – understand how data moves from supplier intake to every downstream output.

Why You're [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]

  • You have been the true owner of master data in a high-growth or transformation environment.
  • You communicate technical knowledge to non-technical people effectively.
  • You are systems-minded and fix architecture, not symptoms.
  • You move with urgency; the international timeline is concrete.

Show Us

  • A master data system or governance framework you built from scratch.
  • A data quality failure with real commercial consequences and your solution.
  • Evidence of owning data in a high-growth environment.
  • A moment where you translated a complex data problem for a non-technical stakeholder.
  • Something that tells us well-being is personal for you.

Compensation

£55,000 – £85,000 depending on experience.
