The Role

We curate the world's best wellbeing products across EAT, MOVE, MIND, and SLEEP. The next chapter is building a personalised wellbeing intelligence engine. This is a 0→1 opportunity to build a net-new business line that could drive up to £250M in annual revenue. You will build it from scratch.

What You’ll Own

  • The architecture – full wellbeing intelligence stack from first principles (backend, data, ML systems)
  • Build vs buy decisions with authority
  • Engineering principles that govern quality, velocity, and long-term consequences
  • Technical strategy partnering directly with the CTO
  • Growing and mentoring the engineering team
  • Product feedback loop working cross-functionally with Product and Design

You have built something from zero, made platform-level decisions with long-term consequences, built or integrated ML and data-driven systems in production, influenced technical direction beyond your immediate team, and operated in a high engineering bar environment.
