What You’ll Be Doing

  • Global Compliance & Reporting: Support ongoing obligations including taxable expenses, benefits, share plans, and third-party services returns for our riders.
  • Global Mobility Support: Assist in managing the tax complexities of a cross-border workforce, ensuring seamless income tax and social security compliance.
  • Process Innovation: Drive the harmonisation of global tax processes, identifying opportunities for automation and the use of technology to improve efficiency.
  • Advisory & Research: Interpret new tax legislation and HMRC guidance, providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders for new business initiatives.
  • Data Analytics & Governance: Lead complex data analysis for reporting while maintaining a robust Tax Controls framework and current process documentation.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

  • Technical Tax Expertise: Significant experience in employment tax and global mobility, ideally supported by a professional tax qualification.
  • Legislative Interpretation: Proven ability to research complex queries by analysing tax legislation and HMRC guidance to provide accurate business applications.
  • Analytical Rigour: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to manage simultaneous projects and maintain strict attention to detail.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills to translate complex tax requirements into clear actions for internal and external partners.
  • Operational Adaptability: Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment that values autonomy, ownership, and rapid evolution.
