Shift: Saturday & Sunday - rotating 06:00 - 18:00, 18:00 - 06:00 (24 hours per week)

About the role

As a Weekend Team Member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our high-quality products are produced efficiently and to the highest standards. You’ll be responsible for the competent operation of a variety of machinery, including packing lines, poppers, and flavour units, while also carrying out routine product testing and quality checks to maintain consistency.

What will you be doing?

• Operate production machinery confidently and safely, including packing lines, poppers, and flavour units, to keep production running smoothly.
• Embrace the challenge of maintaining high product quality, carrying out testing and checks to ensure every item meets our exacting standards.
• Work closely with your shift team and other departments, supporting a collaborative and efficient production environment.
• Play a vital role in delivering the products our customers love, contributing directly to our performance and reputation.
• Gain hands-on experience and develop new skills, with full training provided and opportunities to grow within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Job Requirements

• A good standard of literacy and numeracy
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work safely and efficiently
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is a great foundation
• A Level 2 Food Safety qualification is desirable but not essential
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to working well with others
