Senior Lighting Artist (Lola Post)

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is an award winning Visual Effects company focused on delivering challenging and high quality film and long-form television to a demanding clientele. We are looking for a Senior Lighting Artist to join the team to help us finish an ongoing project. This is a short-term contract, starting as soon as possible until 24th January 2024.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in the VFX industry
  • Thorough understanding of techniques and technologies related to CG rendering and look development
  • Can technically and creatively promote and maintain consistent shot quality and desired look
  • Can build and support light rigs, shading setups and composites to be used by other lighters
  • Demo reel demonstrating artistic and technical ability in Lighting & Lookdev
  • Creature experience beneficial
  • Live Action feature film experience
  • Experience working with Maya, Houdini, Solaris
  • Sound understanding of production pipelines
