Job Description
The [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] (MoJ) is recruiting a Generic Business Administrator for the Sudbury Business Unit. This role provides administrative support to managers and frontline staff, handling transactional work such as record keeping, correspondence, database management, and meeting coordination. The role is non-operational with no line management responsibilities. Hybrid working arrangements are available where business needs allow.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise, produce and maintain accurate records for area of work
- Act as contact point for communications, prioritising and distributing to appropriate teams
- Complete monitoring returns and input requisitions on finance database
- Coordinate awareness sessions and prepare paperwork for management review
- Correspond with stakeholders and agencies to share information
- Maintain and check databases, filing systems, and produce reports
Requirements
- Ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role in English
- Completion of specific training in specialism once in post
- No prior experience required; Civil Service grade AO (Entry-level)
