Job Description

The job holder will carry out responsibilities including: contribute to effective team practice, communicate with colleagues and partner agencies, undertake inspections of the building and grounds, maintain active presence in the Approved Premises, engage with residents, monitor behaviour, contribute to risk management plans, facilitate purposeful activities, enforce curfews, conduct drug and alcohol tests, administer first aid, maintain records, and carry out safeguarding duties.
