Fully Remote Freelance Logistics Role
Remote freelance logistics role handling artist logistics, travel, invoices, visas, and coordination as main support to agents at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal].
Key Responsibilities
- Be a brand ambassador for [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] – (values to be discussed at the interview)
- Demonstrate all the core values of the company on a day-to-day basis in all activities
- Handle every administrative element of an artist/talent’s performance or engagement including but not limited to: Travel/logistics, Invoices, Itineraries, Visas / work permits, Accommodation, Rider updates, Diary Management, Ticket sales data, Artwork approvals and announcements

Selection Criteria
- Successful previous experience as an assistant at a Talent or Marketing agency
- High levels of motivation and energy
- Strong ability to remain focused with a hardworking, professional and flexible attitude while multi-tasking at an extremely fast pace
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the business
- Strong team player
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
