Talent Agent
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Talent Agent to represent talent, secure commercial engagements, and maintain client relationships. This role involves working on behalf of clients to procure opportunities, negotiate terms, and confirm commercial engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on behalf of clients to secure talent suited to their needs
- Procure opportunities, negotiate terms and confirm commercial engagements in a range of different areas (personal appearances, social media activity, brand ambassador roles and more) to the satisfaction of both clients and talent
- Maintain excellent relationships with talent and clients
- Troubleshoot and deal with any issues that may arise before, during and/or after the engagement/activity
- Source valuable new clients, build strong relationships
- Record and track all leads
- Liaise with Marketing department to promote talent availability and latest news
- Be a brand ambassador for [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]
- Demonstrate the core values of the company on a day-to-day basis in all activities

Selection Criteria
- Successful previous experience (at least 1-2 years) as a Talent Agent
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for talent representation and the agency business
- Strong team player
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
