[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy and demand generation for the Lift platform in the iGaming sector. This is a fully remote, full-time position with a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per year.

About Lift

Lift is a purpose-built Media Buying and Data Management Platform (DMP) designed for the global iGaming sector, serving clients such as Bet365, Hard Rock, Stake, and many more. Lift helps operators and agencies drive acquisition, retention, and ROI through advanced targeting, real-time optimization, and smart audience segmentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Lift’s brand messaging for iGaming markets (US, UK, EU, LatAm, etc.)
  • Differentiate Lift through credible storytelling
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, content, and paid media
  • Tailor messaging for operators, agencies, affiliates, and partners
  • Own the content calendar and produce blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and guides
  • Partner with sales and product to create collateral: decks, one-pagers, product sheets
  • Manage Lift’s presence at iGaming and ad tech events (ICE, SBC, G2E, etc.)
  • Coordinate stands, sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and lead-gen follow-ups
  • Maintain and evolve website content and structure for iGaming positioning and SEO
  • Drive engagement on LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other channels
  • Create resources to enable sales to communicate Lift’s value and close deals
  • Define KPIs and track impact of marketing programs on brand visibility and pipeline
  • Use data to optimise spend, targeting, and creative

Requirements

  • B2B marketing experience, ideally in adtech, martech, iGaming, or SaaS
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, programmatic advertising, and CTV
  • Knowledge of first-party data strategy, identity, and privacy trends
  • Exceptional writing and content creation skills
  • Strong eye for brand consistency and ability to turn complex ideas into compelling narratives
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Figma/Canva, Google Analytics, and paid media platforms
  • Bonus: Experience working in regulated markets or with compliance-sensitive industries
