Community Eating Disorder Practitioner – Band 6 CPN

This role is suited to an experienced mental health professional with a background in community-based care and eating disorder services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting mental health and risk assessments for service users
- Supporting individuals with eating disorders through community-based interventions
- Managing caseloads and coordinating ongoing care
- Developing and reviewing person-centred care plans
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and carers
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
- Escalating safeguarding and clinical concerns appropriately
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration as an RMN
- Previous experience working within eating disorder or community mental health services
- Strong assessment and care coordination skills
- Ability to manage caseloads independently
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- NHS experience preferred
