This block booking opportunity is ideal for nurses with a surgical or clinic-based background who are confident coordinating patient pathways within a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating plastic trauma patient pathways and appointments
• Liaising with surgical teams, clinics, and multidisciplinary staff
• Supporting patient assessments and clinical coordination processes
• Managing clinical documentation and patient records accurately
• Ensuring effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals
• Assisting with service organisation and clinic flow
• Escalating clinical or safeguarding concerns appropriately

Requirements

• Valid NMC registration as an RGN
• Previous surgical or clinic-based nursing experience essential
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and patient management abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary environment
• NHS experience preferred
