Community Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality nursing care within community settings
• Completing patient assessments and care planning
• Administering medication and carrying out clinical procedures
• Supporting patients with long-term and complex health needs
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
• Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and community services
• Escalating safeguarding or clinical concerns appropriately

Requirements

• Valid NMC registration as an RGN
• Previous community nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
• Ability to work independently within community settings
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• NHS experience highly desirable
