Care Coordinator / HR
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring two Care Coordinators/HR professionals. Location: Yeovil / Bournemouth. Full Time 40 hrs/week. Salary £21,840 – £24,960 per annum. Sponsorship available.
Job Description
This is a great opportunity to work in a growing Health Care Agency. The role involves skill matching, planning, and scheduling care staff to meet client needs across the Southwest of England, ensuring safeguarding and protection from abuse.
- Supervising and monitoring private care packages and documentation.
- Supporting creation of care plans, attending assessments, audits, and reviews.
- Support HR and coordination/planning of meetings.
- Monitor staff development in community care delivery.
- Supervise carers via supervisions and appraisals.
- Liaise with professionals like social workers.
- Outstanding communication and multi-tasking skills required.
- Support HR team from Bournemouth office occasionally.
- May be required to go into the field to support service users.
About You
- Attention to detail and professional communication with clients and care staff.
- Clean driving license desirable (non-drivers driven by company drivers).
- Previous care setting experience preferred; coordinator or scheduler experience desirable.
- Degree or Level 3 Health & Social Care desirable; IT proficiency essential.
- Competent English required; certified proof for international applicants.
