Bodyshop Paint Sprayer

About the Role

  • Dealing with a wide range of vehicles but predominantly vans
  • You will need to be fully skilled and have relevant previous workshop experience combined with a City & Guilds or equivalent qualification
  • Preparing paint spraying equipment
  • Preparing the bodywork of the car
  • Mixing paints to the right colour and consistency
  • Applying several coats to the vehicles, including primers, colours and protective finishes
  • Maintaining and cleaning equipment
  • Storing paints in the correct conditions
  • Managing inventory of paints and equipment
  • Ensuring that you always follow safety procedures
