Clinical Lead GP – Rosedean House Surgery – One Medical Group

Person Specification (Essential)

• GMC registration and inclusion on the NHS Performers List (no restrictions)
• Experienced GP with genuine interest in clinical leadership and service improvement
• Evidence of continued professional development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commitment to audit, governance, safety and quality
• Ability to build supportive, positive working relationships
• Embraces change and contributes positively to team dynamics
• Committed to the values and vision of OneMedicare
• High standard of clinical accuracy, reliability and attention to detail
• Strong digital and clinical system literacy

• Competitive salary: Up to £120,000 per annum FTE
