Role Description

Grounds Person immediately required for our valued client the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. This role is based in PennyBurn Londonderry. This is a temporary role for 6 months with a possible extension. The hours of work are 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 1pm on Friday with a Rate of pay at £13.05-£13.47 per hour depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Establishing and maintenance of shrub beds and grassed areas
Removing dead trees and planting trees
Sharpen and renew blades for mowers
To clean grounds and lift litter
Where necessary display signs in work areas warning of dangers

Requirements

1 year previous experience in a similar role
A full current driving licence which includes B1+E or C1+E
