Salary: £35000 - £45000 per annum

Role Overview

A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal to join its growing team which can be based in either Leeds or Harrogate. This is an excellent opportunity for a private client professional at NQ level or above to join a supportive and collaborative practice with a strong reputation for client care and technical excellence. Working as part of a respected private client team, you will manage your own caseload of matters including Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, while also assisting on more complex Wills, Trusts and Estate matters. This role offers the chance to build your expertise within a firm that genuinely invests in development and progression.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed

Applications are welcomed from NQ Solicitors, Legal Executives and experienced Paralegals with prior experience managing a private client caseload. The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience handling private client matters independently, including Wills and LPAs
  • Exposure to trusts and estate administration work would be advantageous
  • Strong client care skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Sound technical knowledge with excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive, organised and collaborative approach
  • Confidence using case management systems and managing files efficiently
