Role Overview

Series A funded Cyber start-up seeking a talented Sales Development Representative / Business Development Representative to drive growth as they continue to scale rapidly.

The Role

• You’ll be joining a tight-knit team of SDRs with a very specific role just for you
• This role will involve a balanced approach, where you’ll engage with established verticals in key sectors, while also exploring innovative markets and new opportunities.
• Primarily focusing on the UK, you’ll be instrumental in driving short, medium, and long-term revenue growth.
• Be responsible for both supporting the team on delivering pipeline in core account lists, while also driving growth strategy in test regions.
• Have autonomy to build and execute campaign plans with support from BD Lead and marketing.
• Consistently track and feedback on success of regions.
• Conduct full discovery calls to qualify opportunities for Account Executives.
• Attend events to meet prospective clients.
• Track information in CRM.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year in SDR/BDR role in Cyber.
• Comfortable with cold calling/emailing to grow pipeline.
• Proactive self-starter, target-driven, thrives in competitive environment.
• Love for problem solving and lateral thinking.
• Positive attitude and ability to listen to feedback.
• Resilience.

Package

£40-50k basic + £17k OTE (uncapped) + equity. Central London office, hybrid working.
