Senior Lead – MarTech | £110,000 - 121,000 + bonus | Remote-first | Occasional global meet-ups / London access

With marketing investment becoming more targeted, there is a renewed focus on building a streamlined, high-performing MarTech ecosystem that supports both acquisition and long-term customer engagement.

You’ll join a leadership team experienced in scaling high-growth businesses, working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where experimentation, data, and innovation drive decision-making. The Senior Lead – MarTech will play a pivotal role in shaping how marketing technology enables smarter growth, bridging strategy with hands-on execution across a complex global ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the MarTech strategy across tools such as Braze, AppsFlyer, and paid media platforms
  • Design a connected ecosystem that unifies data, channels, and customer journeys
  • Build and embed experimentation frameworks across web and marketing functions
  • Lead data governance initiatives to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accessibility
  • Manage and develop a small team of engineers while collaborating cross-functionally

Requirements

  • Strong experience designing and scaling MarTech or AdTech stacks in-house
  • Background in tech or eCommerce environments, ideally high-growth
  • Ability to move between strategic planning and hands-on troubleshooting
  • Agentic AI experience
  • Solid understanding of data architecture, integrations, and marketing measurement
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders across marketing, product, and engineering
