Job Description
We’re working with a newly launched, high-growth Financial Services venture backed by two globally recognised institutions. Having entered the market recently, the business is now building out its marketing capability to support brand awareness, commercial traction, and long-term growth. They’re looking for a Marketing Executive to support the build and execution of the marketing function during a pivotal early phase. This is a hands-on role with strong development potential, working closely with an experienced senior marketer and senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, content and events.
- Create and publish high-quality marketing materials including social content, email campaigns, case studies and sales collateral.
- Manage day-to-day digital activity, including website updates, LinkedIn management and marketing performance tracking.
- Coordinate industry events, partnerships and PR activity, ensuring smooth delivery and strong follow-up.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing outputs.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3–4 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within financial services, fintech or a related professional services environment.
- Hands-on experience across content, email, LinkedIn and website management.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM systems, CMS platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and execution-focused, with a clear desire to learn and grow within a scaling business.
