Job Description
We’re working with a global, mission-led FinTech that’s redefining how money moves across borders. Operating at scale and with a strong international footprint, the business is entering a new phase of brand evolution and is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to play a key role in shaping its next chapter. This is a high-impact role, sitting at the intersection of strategy, product and creative. You’ll work closely with marketing leadership and senior stakeholders to define brand positioning, bring clarity to complex propositions, and translate strategy into compelling go-to-market execution.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve brand positioning, using customer insight and market trends to shape a clear and differentiated narrative.
- Lead the development and codification of brand identity, including tone of voice, messaging frameworks and visual guidelines.
- Translate brand strategy into high-impact creative, supporting campaigns and go-to-market activity.
- Partner closely with product, engineering and commercial teams to align brand with product propositions and customer experience.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints globally.
- Support the development of brand measurement frameworks, using data and insight to inform decision-making.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of brand management experience, ideally within FinTech, technology or a digitally-led business.
- Proven experience working on complex or evolving brands, including repositioning or new proposition development.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing agencies and leading creative development processes.
- Digitally fluent, with an understanding of how brand translates into product and customer experience.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence presenting strategic thinking and creative ideas.
- International exposure, with an appreciation for balancing global consistency and local nuance.
