As they expand into new, more refined customer segments, they are strengthening their CRM capability to deliver highly personalised, data-led experiences. This is a pivotal opportunity to shape lifecycle marketing in a business that blends premium leisure experiences with strong commercial performance.

This CRM & Lifecycle Manager role sits within a growing CRM function led by an experienced Head of CRM, working alongside a high-performing team focused on delivering impactful customer journeys. You’ll play a key role in elevating lifecycle strategy, using advanced platforms and data to unlock deeper engagement and long-term customer value.

The CRM & Lifecycle Manager will own lifecycle strategy and execution, driving personalisation and automation to improve customer engagement and revenue performance.

Role Highlights

  • Build and optimise end-to-end lifecycle journeys across key customer touchpoints
  • Lead CRM automation strategy using Bloomreach (or Braze)
  • Drive 1-2-1 personalisation to enhance customer experience and retention

You Will Need

  • Proven hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Bloomreach or Braze)
  • Strong background in lifecycle marketing and automated journey building
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insight into action
  • Experience optimising CRM platforms for performance and scalability
  • Confidence working in a collaborative, fast-evolving environment
