Our client is entering an exciting growth phase following the launch of a highly advanced fixed income data platform, creating a pivotal opportunity for a Senior Sales Director (DACH) to take ownership of a high-value European market. With demand increasing for real-time bond market insight, this role offers you the chance to directly influence revenue and expansion across key institutional clients. You'll be joining a specialist fintech at the forefront of fixed income data innovation, delivering actionable insights across global bond markets. Their platform enables trading desks, portfolio managers, and risk teams to better understand liquidity, execution quality, and performance. As a Senior Sales Director (DACH), you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, positioning complex data solutions that directly impact P&L and investment decisions.

Role Highlights

  • Originate and close new business across fixed income trading desks
  • Build relationships with Heads of Trading, Portfolio Managers, and Risk leaders
  • Position bond market data solutions to improve liquidity insight and execution
  • Manage a structured sales pipeline to achieve ambitious revenue targets

You Will Need

  • Fluency in German with strong client-facing communication skills
  • Deep expertise in fixed income markets, including bond trading and market structure
  • Strong understanding of how data supports TCA, P&L, and portfolio performance
  • Proven experience in fintech or capital markets sales within fixed income
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate autonomously
